Frequently Asked Questions
Standard crates can be built within 1-3 business days. Rush orders may be available for same-day production depending on current workload and materials. Highly specialized or extremely large crates may require additional time.
We've built crates up to 30' x 12' x 14' for special projects. Our standard facility accommodates crates up to 20' long, but we can construct larger crates on-site at your location if needed. There's virtually no size limit for on-site builds.
To provide an accurate quote, we need: dimensions and weight of the item(s), destination (domestic or international), timeline requirements, special handling needs (sensitive equipment, unusual shapes), and whether heat treatment is required for export. Photos or sketches are extremely helpful.
ISPM-15 is an International Plant Protection Convention standard that requires wood packaging materials used in international trade to be heat-treated to eliminate pests. Without proper ISPM-15 stamping, your shipment may be rejected at foreign customs, causing significant delays and potential additional costs.
